Key Responsibilities

• Market and promote loan products to potential clients within the assigned area.
• Conduct client recruitment, loan application reviews, and credit assessments.
• Perform loan appraisals, risk analysis, and recommend approvals within lending guidelines.
• Conduct client training on loan terms, repayment schedules, and financial literacy.
• Monitor loan performance and conduct follow-ups to ensure timely repayments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and reports.
• Assist in collections and implement recovery strategies for overdue accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and the community to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Management, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 6 months of work experience in a similar position, preferably in microfinance or digital lending.
• Good understanding of credit management, risk analysis, and lending procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of the local area and community is an added advantage.
