Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and motivated Loan Officers to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will play a key role in customer acquisition, loan processing, and repayment follow-up. They should be passionate about customer service, have a keen eye for risk, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and market loan products to new and existing clients.
• Guide clients through the application process and ensure all required documentation is collected.
• Assess client creditworthiness through risk analysis and background checks.
• Ensure loans are processed, disbursed, and repaid in accordance with company policies.
• Monitor and follow up on active loans to ensure timely repayment and minimize default.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, applications, and repayments.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar position, preferably in microfinance or digital lending.
• Strong knowledge of credit management, lending procedures, and risk analysis.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet performance targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with loan management systems is an added advantage.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
