Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports for the branch.
- Oversee budgets, financial performance, and forecasts to align with organizational goals.
- Manage and supervise branch employees, delegating responsibilities and ensuring staff are qualified and capable.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and motivation to foster a high-performing team.
- Assist with customer service to ensure a seamless experience and high satisfaction levels.
- Market the branch to attract new customers and grow the client base.
- Oversee credit and loan approval processes, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Ensure efficient management of the branch's loan book and maintain a healthy collection rate.
- Set and track sales and collection goals for the branch.
- Ensure the branch operates efficiently and effectively, adhering to company standards.
- Collaborate with higher management to review branch performance and implement strategies for improvement.
- Monitor branch activities to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and financial controls.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Participate in strategic planning and execute special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in microfinance, with expertise in managing logbook loans.
- Proficiency in loan management applications and advanced spreadsheet skills.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and results-oriented mindset.
