Human Resource Generalist
Description
My Butchery Limited are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join their team. The HR Generalist will report to the Director. The HR Generalist will play a critical role in supporting employees in all the branches, and the senior team with a wide range of HR-related tasks. They seek expertise in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with laws.
Responsibilities:
- Handle full-cycle, multi level recruitment,
- Handle end-to-end hiring and onboarding processes
- Administer and implement performance management: KPI’s for all departments, assessment and reporting
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, programs and systems, aiming for development and continuous improvement
- Conduct employee relations, conflict resolution, and investigations
- Manage employee data, records, and reporting. Ensure all records are up to date and all documentation is in order
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
- Provide HR support and guidance to employees and management
- Assist with special projects, training, and development initiatives
- Identify areas of improvement and initiate change projects
- Handle all HR administration tasks
- Generate reports required monthly, or ad hoc
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
- Certification (IHRM, or other ) preferred
Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Proficient in HR software, systems, and tools.
