Job Description:
KATA is seeking a dynamic and experienced Membership and Partnership Manager to oversee member engagement, develop strategic partnerships, and coordinate impactful events. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management, event planning, and relationship building to drive the association’s growth and visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and retain the membership base.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for members, addressing inquiries and fostering relationships to enhance member satisfaction.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships that align with KATA’s goals and add value to members.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute high-quality events, including workshops, seminars, and conferences, ensuring successful delivery and member engagement.
- Maintain and manage an updated membership database and ensure timely renewals and collections.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that promote membership benefits and partnership opportunities.
- Prepare and present reports on membership growth, engagement metrics, and partnership outcomes to senior management.
- Represent KATA at industry events and networking functions to promote the association and strengthen relationships.
- Monitor industry trends and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a membership-based organization or the travel industry.
- Proven experience in event planning and management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
