Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the CEO in daily operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential matters with discretion.

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials as required
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Coordinate communication between the CEO and internal departments
  • Assist in managing tasks related to both the office and godown operations
  • Handle personal errands and ad-hoc assignments as requested by the CEO
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  • High level of integrity and discretion
