Responsibilities
- Team Leadership Train and supervise restaurant staff, fostering a positive work environment
- Customer Service Ensure high quality customer service and a pleasant shopping experience
- Inventory and stock Oversee inventory management, restocking and order processing
- Financial Management Monitor store budgets, control costs and work towards achieving sales targets
- Visual Merchandising Maintain store layout, displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked and organised
- Health and Safety Compliance Ensure all operations comply with health and safety standards regulations
- Problem Solving Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively and professionally
Requirements
- Diploma in business administration/purchasing and supplies
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a retail manager or a similar role in a
- supermarket or retail environment
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency in retail management software eg, POS inventory software
- Knowledge of stock and merchandising process
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
