In this role, you will work as Healthcare Benefits Verifiers, ensuring seamless communication with clients to verify and validate healthcare benefits and related information.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Verify and validate healthcare benefits information with precision and accuracy.
- Assist customers by addressing their inquiries and resolving issues related to healthcare benefits.
- Explain healthcare-related policies, procedures, and benefits in a clear and concise manner.
- Accurately document call interactions and maintain detailed records in the system.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Stay updated with medical terminologies and healthcare-related processes.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 6 months experience as a voice call center agent or customer service representative, handling both inbound and outbound calls.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding phone communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Healthcare Knowledge: Ability to understand medical terminologies; prior experience in the healthcare industry is an added advantage.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM tools and call center software.
- Personal Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric attitude.
