Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers while ensuring a positive experience.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Adhere to company policies, standards, and procedures while working under minimal supervision.
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must possess a current Certificate of Good Conduct.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage high call volumes effectively.
  • A positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
  • Must be based in Nairobi.
  • Immediate availability to start working is required.
