Description

Our client is seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Relations Officer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring an exceptional service experience. This role also involves promoting company products and services, addressing client concerns, and supporting the achievement of sales and retention goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and partners through regular engagement and effective communication.
  • Understand and anticipate customer needs to provide tailored support and personalized service.
  • Promote the company’s products and services through engaging presentations, discussions, and recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to existing clients.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure customer needs are effectively met.
  • Achieve set performance metrics, including sales targets, customer satisfaction scores, and client retention rates.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform customer engagement strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client communications, transactions, and feedback.
  • Participate in training programs and development initiatives to improve skills in customer relationship management and sales.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Service, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer relations, client service, or sales-related role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build trust and rapport
  • Sales-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Professional demeanor and a team player attitude
