Customer Service Sales Agents

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers via phone to provide outstanding service and close sales.
• Promote products/services with confidence and professionalism.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues effectively.
• Meet individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and promotions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service Sales (CSSALES).
• Previous experience working in a call center is required.
• Available to start immediately for a temporary 1-month program (with potential for extension).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven background in sales with a results-driven approach.
