Description

The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, and performing various administrative tasks to support the organization.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management or a related field
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
  • Customer service attitude with a focus on creating a positive visitor experience.
  • Ability to handle a busy front desk environment with a calm and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise. Familiarity with safety and security procedures in a factory setting
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Key Competencies

  • Greet and welcome visitors, direct them to the appropriate office, and assist with inquiries.
  • Keep the reception tidy and well-stocked with necessary materials (pens, forms, brochures, etc.).
  • Provide accurate information in person, via phone, and email while distributing internal communications.
  • Monitor and control visitor access through logbooks and follow security procedures.
  • Order and maintain stock of front office supplies, including coffee machine supplies.
  • Handle filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing tasks as required.
  • Ensure the showroom is clean and that sample mabati are organized and returned after use.
