Executive Driver

We are looking for a highly professional, discreet, and reliable Executive Driver to provide safe and punctual transportation for company executives and key clients. The ideal candidate will be impeccably presented, possess exceptional judgment, and provide a seamless, comfortable experience that reflects positively on the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Executive Transportation:

  • Safely and punctually transport company executives, senior management, and VIP clients to meetings, airports, appointments, and events.

  • Plan optimal routes in advance, accounting for traffic and schedule changes to ensure timely arrivals.

  • Maintain a clean, comfortable, and well-stocked vehicle at all times.

• Confidentiality & Professionalism:

  • Exercise the highest level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism in all interactions and conversations overheard.

  • Represent the company with a polished appearance and courteous demeanor.

• Vehicle Management:

  • Perform daily vehicle checks to ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness (fuel, oil, tire pressure, etc.).

  • Schedule and coordinate regular vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repairs.

  • Ensure all vehicle documentation (insurance, registration) is current and available.

• Logistics & Support:

  • Assist with basic errands and tasks as requested, such as mailing packages or light pick-ups.

  • Manage transportation schedules in coordination with executive assistants.

  • Be available for flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekends, as required.

• Safety & Compliance:

  • Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and practice defensive driving at all times.

  • Maintain a flawless driving record.

Requirements:

• Education & Experience:

  • KCSE, Certificate or Diploma in any field. Additional training in defensive driving or professional chauffeur services is a plus.

  • Valid driver’s license with an excellent, clean driving record (no major violations).

  • Minimum of 4 years of professional driving experience, with a strong preference for executive chauffeur or luxury vehicle experience.

  • Familiarity with local and regional road networks, airports, and corporate centers.
