Rider/Driver

We are seeking a highly motivated, reliable, and experienced Rider to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of company personnel, goods, and documents. The role requires a high level of professionalism, strong road safety awareness, and excellent vehicle or motorcycle care to ensure timely and secure deliveries and pickups.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and promptly transport company personnel, goods, and documents as assigned.

• Conduct daily pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle or motorcycle is roadworthy at all times.

• Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance schedules.

• Ensure the assigned vehicle or motorcycle is clean, well-maintained, and serviced according to company standards.

• Adhere strictly to traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.

• Report any accidents, breakdowns, or mechanical issues immediately to management.

• Support basic logistical and administrative duties when required.

• Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and courtesy when interacting with staff, clients, and the public.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid driving or riding license (as applicable).

• Minimum of three (3) years’ proven experience as a professional driver or rider.

• Clean driving record with no major traffic offenses.

• Strong knowledge of local routes, traffic patterns, and navigation.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• High level of integrity, punctuality, and professionalism.
