Rider

We are seeking a reliable, disciplined, and experienced Rider to support the safe and efficient transportation of goods, documents, and personnel. The Rider will be responsible for timely deliveries and pickups while maintaining high standards of road safety, professionalism, and motorcycle care.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and promptly transport company goods, documents, and personnel as instructed.

• Ensure timely delivery and collection according to assigned schedules and routes.

• Conduct daily pre- and post-ride inspections to ensure the motorcycle is roadworthy at all times.

• Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and basic maintenance logs.

• Ensure the assigned motorcycle is clean, well-maintained, and serviced as per company guidelines.

• Adhere strictly to traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.

• Report accidents, breakdowns, or mechanical issues immediately to management.

• Support basic logistical, courier, and administrative tasks when required.

• Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and courtesy when dealing with staff, clients, and the public.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid motorcycle riding license.

• Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years’ proven experience as a professional Rider.

• Clean riding record with no major traffic offenses.

• Strong knowledge of local routes and traffic conditions.

• Ability to use basic navigation tools (Google Maps or similar).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• High level of integrity, punctuality, and reliability.
