Assistant Therapist

Salt Room Kenya is looking for a mature, professional, and customer-focused Assistant Therapist to join our team. This role combines beauty therapy skills with reception duties to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for our clients across our Westlands and Gigiri branches.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide professional beauty therapy and wellness services to clients.

• Manage reception duties including client check-ins, appointment bookings, and phone inquiries.

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a relaxing, welcoming environment.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and reception area.

• Handle client records, payments, and administrative tasks.

• Manage social media platforms to engage with clients and promote services.

• Work across both Westlands and Gigiri branches as required.

REQUIREMENTS

Education:

• Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Cosmetology.

Experience:

• Must have worked as a receptionist in a spa before.

• Experience in beauty therapy services is required.

Skills:

• Strong receptionist and administrative skills.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Proficiency in social media management.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Personal Attributes:

• Must be a mature lady aged between 25-30 years.

• Professional, presentable, and well-groomed.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work across different branches.
