Branch Executive

Visaro Consulting Limited is looking for an exceptional Branch Executive to oversee branch operations, lead teams, drive business growth, and strengthen our presence in the region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Branch Operations & Performance – Oversee branch operations and staff while ensuring performance targets are achieved.

• Business Growth & Visibility – Raise the company’s profile and strategically position the branch within the region.

• Sales Strategy – Develop and implement sustainable, comprehensive sales strategies and plans.

• Marketing Strategy – Develop and execute effective marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Market Intelligence – Gather and analyze regional market intelligence, identifying business opportunities and areas for improvement.

• Client Management – Develop and maintain an up-to-date client portfolio, drive client retention, and minimize customer attrition.

• Product Development – Work closely with the marketing team to provide insights on product development and market suitability.

• Reporting & Analytics – Prepare branch statistics and sales reports and analyze branch performance data to support informed decision-making.

REQUIREMENTS

Essential (Must-Have):

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or branch management within the insurance industry.

• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in insurance products.

• Strong experience in client relationship management and retention in the insurance sector.

• In-depth knowledge of insurance products, underwriting principles, and claims processes.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.

• Valid insurance license or certification (e.g., ACII, IIK, or equivalent).
