Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, efficient, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience both in-person and via digital communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries about services, products, pricing, and appointments.
Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, messages, and walk-in queries.
Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling using the salon’s booking system.
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction is maintained at all times.
Maintain accurate customer records and update databases as necessary.
Assist in promoting products, services, and special offers to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
Provide after-service follow-ups where necessary to ensure client satisfaction.
Support front desk duties such as checking clients in and out and processing payments.
Qualifications and Skills
Diploma or certificate in Customer Service, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a beauty, retail, or hospitality environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm, professional demeanor.
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with customer management or booking systems.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well in a fast-paced environment.
Well-groomed and professional appearance.
