Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to manage daily administrative operations and support multiple departments, including logistics coordination, sales, inventory, customer support, and fabrication project tracking. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee general office operations, ensuring smooth coordination between departments
  • Support the logistics and transport team by scheduling shipments, tracking deliveries, and communicating with clients
  • Assist sales and customer support by managing inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining customer records
  • Coordinate with the fabrication team to monitor container modification projects and maintain project timelines
  • Maintain accurate inventory and asset records, track usage, and support procurement needs
  • Prepare and manage documentation, including delivery notes, invoices, reports, and internal memos
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications
  • Ensure the office environment is organized, fully stocked, and compliant with safety and company policies
  • Provide administrative support to management and other departments as required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in office administration, preferably in logistics or supply chain sectors
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic understanding of ERP/CRM systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information with integrity
