Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the CEO in daily operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential matters with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials as required
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Coordinate communication between the CEO and internal departments
- Assist in managing tasks related to both the office and godown operations
- Handle personal errands and ad-hoc assignments as requested by the CEO
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- High level of integrity and discretion
