Job Title: Relationship Officer
Job Type: Full-Time
Department: Sales / Marketing / Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard microloan clients within the designated area.
• Conduct daily client visits to monitor repayment and perform collections.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare regular reports on client performance and escalate any issues related to repayments or concerns.
• Represent the agency in community outreach and financial education activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in microfinance, community outreach, or field sales is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, self-discipline, and drive to meet targets.
• Willing to be based in Engineer, Nyandarua County.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
