Sales & Marketing Executive

Riset Software & Systems Ltd is looking for a confident, energetic, and results-driven Software Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, presenting and demonstrating our software solutions, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers and businesses.
• Conduct professional software presentations and live product demonstrations.
• Clearly explain software features, benefits, and business value to customers.
• Generate leads through field marketing, calls, referrals, social media, and networking.
• Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into sales.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the appropriate software solution.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the technical team where necessary.
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, demonstrations, and sales activities.
• Work towards assigned monthly sales and marketing targets.

Requirements

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Confidence in approaching and speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
• Good understanding of computers and software.
• Ability to learn software products quickly and demonstrate them professionally.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Self-driven and comfortable working with targets.
• Previous experience in software sales, IT sales, POS/ERP sales, digital marketing, or B2B sales will be an added advantage.
