Staff Driver – Mombasa

Job Purpose

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Staff Driver based in Mombasa to provide transport services for company staff, goods, and official documents. The ideal candidate will ensure that assigned vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and operated in accordance with company policies and traffic regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe and timely transportation of staff and company assets.
• Deliver and collect official documents as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and regular servicing of the assigned vehicle.
• Ensure adherence to traffic rules and safety standards.
• Report vehicle defects and incidents promptly to management.
• Assist guests with luggage, directions, and general customer service when required.
• Keep accurate records of daily trips, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Tour Operations, Tourism & Hospitality Management, Customer Service, Public Relations, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of driving experience within the tour operator or hospitality industry.
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in oral and written communication.
• Knowledge of local Mombasa routes, hotels, and restaurants.
• Ability to speak a foreign language is an added advantage.
• Good grooming, pleasant and professional demeanor.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
