Technical Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Service Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for equipment setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with experience in mechanical or electrical systems and a strong commitment to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and commission new equipment and systems to ensure optimal operation
• Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs
• Diagnose and resolve technical faults through testing and analysis
• Provide on-site and remote technical support and training to clients
• Maintain detailed service records, including reports on maintenance and repairs
• Adhere strictly to safety and operational standards during all service activities
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to enhance product performance and service delivery
• Manage service delivery timelines and ensure high levels of client satisfaction

Key Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a technical service or maintenance role
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a similar role
• Familiarity with pumps, control panels, solar systems, water treatment units, or swimming pool technology
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Proficient in reading technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals
• Effective communication skills, especially in simplifying technical concepts for clients
• Must have a valid driving license (motorbike and/or vehicle)
• Basic IT skills, including use of maintenance management systems
