Assistant Quantity Surveyors

Human Capital Outsourcing Limited is seeking skilled Assistant Quantity Surveyors to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in preparing accurate cost estimates, managing project budgets, and ensuring compliance with construction standards and contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities (BoQs) for construction projects.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress, verify completed works, and monitor material usage.
• Evaluate and approve contractor and subcontractor claims, valuations, and variations.
• Maintain up-to-date records of site measurements and project expenditure.
• Support procurement processes, including tender analysis and contractor selection.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and local construction laws.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and site supervisors to ensure project specifications are met.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Registered with a recognized professional body (e.g., IQSK, BORAQS).
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in field-based quantity surveying roles.
• Proficient in cost estimation software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts.
