Truck Driver

Lacasa Complex Ltd is seeking a reliable, experienced, and safety-conscious Truck Driver to join our logistics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods efficiently, ensuring on-time deliveries while complying with traffic laws and internal procedures. Prior experience in the interior design industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate heavy trucks to transport goods across various destinations.
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes using GPS and company guidelines.
• Assist in loading and unloading cargo, ensuring secure handling and proper packaging.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and perform basic maintenance checks.
• Promptly report any mechanical or operational issues.
• Maintain accurate logs and delivery records as per company standards.
• Adhere strictly to traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• KCSE certificate (minimum requirement).
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• At least 5 years of proven truck driving experience, preferably in the interior design industry.
• Clean driving record.

Skills & Competencies:

• Familiarity with long-distance driving and route planning.
• Strong knowledge of truck safety standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of responsibility and reliability.
• Willingness to undergo background and drug testing.
