Rikara Group Holdings is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies to strengthen our brand presence and drive business growth through both traditional and digital marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a robust brand management strategy.
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to meet organizational objectives.
- Oversee the management and optimization of digital marketing platforms including the website, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and social media channels.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.
- Supervise the development of marketing materials such as brochures, promotional items, and digital content.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify marketing opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a team.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and innovatively.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
