Telesales Agents

We are looking for energetic and results-driven Telesales Agents to join our growing sales and support team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone and email, presenting our products or services, and closing sales through effective communication and persuasive techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries to promote and sell company products or services.
• Engage customers in a professional and friendly manner, identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the team to improve customer experience and refine sales strategies.

Role Requirements:

• Fluent and clear spoken and written English.
• Strong telesales skills via phone and email.
• Creative, solution-oriented approach to customer needs.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Prior experience in a telesales or customer service role is an added advantage.
