Description

We are seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Representative with a passion for sustainability and proven experience in promoting eco-friendly products. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably with exposure to the hospitality industry. You will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and positioning our environmentally conscious product range to meet the needs of businesses committed to sustainability.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and secure new B2B clients across relevant industries, with a focus on hospitality.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
  • Present and promote eco-friendly product solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to decision-makers.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales deals effectively.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional strategies.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry exhibitions to build brand presence.

Requirements (Mandatory)

  • Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in B2B sales.
  • Demonstrated success in selling eco-friendly, sustainable, or environmentally conscious products.
  • Experience in sales within the hospitality sector is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Knowledge of sustainable products and environmental regulations.
  • Established network within hospitality, tourism, or corporate procurement sectors.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
