Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the ICT sector
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Provide regular reports on business development activities and results
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, ICT, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in ICT or tech-based services
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage
