Pergamon Group Ltd is a dynamic and fast-growing company in the ICT sector, offering innovative solutions and services to businesses across Kenya. We are currently looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Nairobi team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the ICT sector
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential clients
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities and results

Qualifications and Skills

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, ICT, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in ICT or tech-based services
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage
