Sales Agents

As we continue to expand, we are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our dynamic team as Sales Agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell our financial products, including Logbook Loans, Title Deed Loans, and other loan solutions.
• Identify potential clients, conduct needs assessments, and recommend appropriate loan products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure proper documentation and accurate data collection during loan applications.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Provide post-sale support and follow-ups with clients.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum academic qualification: KCSE Certificate. Diploma or degree is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills are a must.
• Must be self-driven, ambitious, and results-oriented.
• Prior experience in microfinance, financial services, or related fields will be an added advantage.
