Sales Attendants – Nairobi

We are seeking motivated, customer-focused, and reliable Sales Attendants to join our team in Nairobi.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, providing excellent customer service.
• Promote and sell products to achieve sales targets.
• Process customer transactions accurately using a Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are well stocked.
• Handle cash and reconcile daily sales.
• Assist with stock management, inventory counts, and general shop operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Work flexible shifts, including both day and night shifts.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Experience using Point of Sale (POS) systems is required.
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Honest, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Added Advantage

• Experience in insurance sales, fintech, or shop management will be an added advantage.
