Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for the construction or interior design industry? Impala Glass is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role requires an individual with a keen understanding of aluminium windows and doors, the ability to close deals, and a strong drive to expand our market presence.

Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Demonstrating knowledge of aluminium windows and doors, including design aspects
  • Conducting site visits to assess and advise on ongoing projects
  • Actively identifying new project opportunities and tapping into new markets
  • Handling clients professionally, managing communications, and ensuring timely follow-ups
  • Preparing and presenting suitable design proposals to potential clients
  • Collaborating with production and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Maintaining strong communication and sales-closing techniques
  • Using CRM tools to manage leads, pipelines, and sales activities

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in construction, interior design, or the aluminium/glass industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage leads and achieve sales targets
  • Basic knowledge of aluminium windows and doors (an added advantage)
  • Tech-savviness and familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms
