Sales Executives Nairobi

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team in Nairobi. You will be the face of our brand, responsible for driving sales, managing customer transactions, and ensuring a smooth experience at our retail points.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively approach customers, present products, and close sales to meet daily and monthly targets.

• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process cash, mobile money (M-Pesa), and card transactions.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.

• Reconcile daily sales and cash collections at the end of each shift.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.

• Technical Skills: Must have practical knowledge of operating a POS machine and handling basic digital payments.

• Availability: Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including day and night shifts (including weekends and public holidays).
