We are offering a 3-month Sales Internship opportunity for highly motivated individuals with a background in IT or Accounting. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in Software as a Service sector. The successful candidate will assist in driving product awareness, supporting sales efforts, and engaging clients across various channels.
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in promoting and selling enterprise software solutions.
- Assist in identifying new sales opportunities and nurturing leads through outreach and follow-ups.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Help in the preparation of marketing materials, digital campaigns, and reports.
- Collect and analyse market data to provide insights into customer behaviour and competitor trends.
- Maintain accurate customer records and assist with CRM data entry and management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and client service.
Qualifications
- A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong interest or academic experience in both tech solutions and financial systems.
- Familiarity with enterprise software, or ERP/CRM platforms is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, sales funnels, and customer engagement strategies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
