We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Sales Rider to join our team. You’ll play a dual role—ensuring prompt product deliveries while driving sales growth through direct customer engagement. Your ability to build relationships, meet targets, and navigate routes efficiently will be key to success in this fast-paced role.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely deliver products to customers, shops, and vendors within assigned routes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Promote and sell products directly to customers along your route, achieving daily/weekly sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and gathering feedback to improve service.
  • Collect payments (cash/MPESA) and maintain accurate records of transactions and deliveries.
  • Use sales apps or logbooks to track orders, inventory, and customer interactions.
  • Report market trends, stock shortages, or delivery challenges to the management team.

Requirements:

  • KCSE certificate or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of experience in field sales, delivery, or FMCG distribution (preferred).
  • Valid motorcycle license (Class A) and a clean riding record.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage customers effectively.
  • Basic tech skills to operate sales apps and handle digital payments
  • Self-motivated, punctual, and comfortable working independently.
