Salesperson – Furniture Retail

Orca Deco Kenya is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Salesperson to join our growing team! If you have a flair for interior design, enjoy engaging with customers, and have a proven track record in retail sales—especially in furniture—we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers, offering expert advice and personalized service.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture and décor items.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of store inventory, promotions, and product features.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Ensure store displays are neat, appealing, and reflect current trends.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
• Assist in stock receiving, tagging, and restocking shelves as needed.

• Proven sales experience in a furniture store or similar retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
• A genuine passion for home décor, furniture, and design trends.
