Job Position: Store/Shop Manager
Job Location: Nairobi
Reporting to: Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

A full-time position, on-site role located in Nairobi County, Kenya.
The Shop/store Manager is responsible for
(i) overseeing the daily shop operations,
(ii) managing staff,
(iii) ensuring exceptional customer service and
(iv) maintaining shop standards.
(v) Other duties include monitoring inventory, driving sales performance, executing marketing strategies, and resolving customer queries and complaints promptly.

Qualifications:

• Shop Management and operations management skills

• Strong customer service and customer experience abilities

• Excellent communications skills

• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively

• Flexibility and multitasking capabilities

• Previous experience in retail is beneficial

• Bachelor's Degree in Business management or related field is preferable

• 5-8 years shop operations experience (retail/fashion preferred)

• 2+ years in a leadership role
