Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the FMCG industry or a similar environment, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships. The role will involve promoting and selling animal feed products to existing and potential customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the company’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of the company’s animal feed products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales performance and market insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales campaigns.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and meetings to network and promote the company’s products.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or animal feeds industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
