Role Overview

The Inventory Controller will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods within the organization. This role involves coordinating stock movements, conducting inventory audits, minimizing stock discrepancies, and supporting business operations through effective inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.

• Track stock movements, including receipts, transfers, returns, and sales.

• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.

• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

• Ensure optimal stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.

• Prepare inventory reports and provide recommendations to management.

• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams regarding stock requirements.

• Maintain inventory management systems and ensure data accuracy.

• Implement inventory control procedures and best practices.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory standards.

Education & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or stock management is an added advantage.

• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
