Operations Manager

A premium hospitality group is seeking a highly strategic, meticulous, and seasoned Operations Manager to oversee their luxury portfolio of hotels and lodges. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, and brand consistency across all properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Unit Governance: Oversee daily operations, enforce brand standardization, and ensure quality assurance across all hotels and lodges in the portfolio.

• Financial Oversight: Manage multi-unit operational budgets, optimize resource allocation, and track key performance indicators to maximize profitability.

• Compliance & Legal: Ensure full compliance with all statutory hospitality licenses, including NEMA, OSH, Business Permits, and Fire Licenses.

• Board Administration: Coordinate Group board meetings, compile and format executive board packs, and direct operational reporting to Unit General Managers.

• Sustainability/ESG: Coordinate environmental and green initiatives across all properties, aligning with the group's sustainability goals.

Minimum Specifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Finance, Organizational Development, or a related field. Accounting or Legal knowledge is highly preferred.

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of cross-departmental experience within the hospitality industry.

• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of statutory hospitality laws, licensing requirements, and advanced financial data interpretation.

• Leadership: Proven ability to coordinate and lead Heads of Departments (HoDs) across multiple units.
