Warehousing & Logistics Clerk

The role will be to aid in overall warehouse management activities, keep track of the physical inventory of completed finished goods, facilitate traceability and precise picking, and report any losses or damage to stock that occur within the warehouse.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting in the daily supervision of the loading process of
• Participate fully in daily and end-month physical stock-taking and
• Assisting the logistics manager and warehouse supervisor in creating route
• Maintaining proper SKU arrangement within the locators; ensuring proper arrangement of only one SKU per locator (Product Segregation).
• Champion proper housekeeping within the warehouse and supervise activities such as picking
• Ensuring FIFO/FEFO is followed within the
• Working closely with the inventory officer to keep records of stocks being received from production and dispatch.
• Assist in SAP operations, posting production data, transfer of products, updating master production plan, and stock reconciliation.
• Assisting in the verification of delivery notes that have been submitted by drivers from customers and forwarding them to the accounts department.
• Assisting in receiving packaging materials from suppliers and issuing them to respective

REQUIRED SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma/Certificate in Logistics and warehousing
• 1-2years of experience in a similar role in the FMCG
• Basic computer skills with experience of working with
