Our client, a reputable beauty and wellness center in Mombasa, is looking for a skilled and passionate Beautician to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality beauty treatments, skincare services, and expert product advice to enhance client satisfaction and promote repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of beauty services including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and body treatments
• Conduct skin and beauty consultations to recommend suitable products and services
• Apply makeup for various occasions and provide expert skincare advice
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sterilization standards for all tools and equipment
• Keep up with beauty industry trends and new products
• Promote and upsell salon services, skincare, and beauty products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage loyalty
• Ensure exceptional customer service and handle client feedback professionally

Qualifications & Skills:

• Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Cosmetology from a recognized institution
• Minimum of 1–2 years' experience working in a salon or spa environment
• Proficient in facial treatments, nail care, waxing, and basic massage
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Pleasant, presentable, and passionate about beauty and self-care
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
