Customer Service Intern – Tourism

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic experience or exposure to the Tourism and Hospitality industry and a strong passion for delivering excellent customer service. This role offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in customer support, client engagement, and tour and travel operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
• Assist clients with travel-related information, bookings, and general inquiries.
• Provide professional and timely customer support.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records and service reports.
• Support the team in coordinating tours, travel arrangements, and customer experiences.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service quality.
• Perform other administrative and customer service duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
• Basic experience or exposure to the Tourism and Hospitality industry.
• Good knowledge and understanding of customer service principles.
• Understanding of the Tour and Travel industry and related services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn.
