Description
Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences, their needs, and preferences.
- Create compelling brand messaging and positioning that differentiates our products in the market.
- Develop innovative marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, overseeing all aspects from concept to launch and evaluation.
- Monitor campaign performance using key metrics and analytics, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with sales, creative teams, and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Product Positioning and Messaging:
- Craft clear, concise, and compelling product messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Develop marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, websites, and social media content.
- Ensure all marketing materials adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback and online reviews to maintain a positive brand image.
Market Access Support:
- Collaborate with market access teams to develop pricing strategies and reimbursement plans.
- Support the launch of new products by ensuring market access and reimbursement readiness.
- Monitor and analyze market access trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patient advocacy groups, and media outlets.
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, workshops, and exhibitions to raise product awareness.
- Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure they meet project objectives and deliver quality results.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical marketing, product management, or related roles within the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, compliance requirements, and ethical standards.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, trends, and market insights.
