Marketing Strategy Development:

  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with sales, creative teams, and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Product Positioning and Messaging:

  • Craft clear, concise, and compelling product messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Develop marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, websites, and social media content.
  • Ensure all marketing materials adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback and online reviews to maintain a positive brand image.

Market Access Support:

  • Collaborate with market access teams to develop pricing strategies and reimbursement plans.
  • Support the launch of new products by ensuring market access and reimbursement readiness.
  • Monitor and analyze market access trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patient advocacy groups, and media outlets.
  • Organize and participate in medical conferences, workshops, and exhibitions to raise product awareness.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure they meet project objectives and deliver quality results.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical marketing, product management, or related roles within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, compliance requirements, and ethical standards.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, trends, and market insights.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
