Job Description:
Sayyida Fatimah Hospital is seeking a dedicated and proactive Human Resource Officer to oversee and support our HR functions, ensuring compliance with policies and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in recruitment, employee relations, and maintaining HR records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, and onboarding of new employees.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
• Implement and ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
• Coordinate employee training, development, and performance management programs.
• Handle employee relations by addressing grievances, fostering a positive workplace culture, and promoting teamwork.
• Monitor staff attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
• Assist in developing and executing HR strategies to meet organizational goals.
• Prepare and present HR reports to management as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in human resource management.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
