Tech Recruiter

Are you passionate about technology recruitment and great at connecting exceptional talent with the right opportunities? We are looking for a Tech Recruiter / IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• End-to-End Recruitment – Manage the full recruitment cycle for technology and IT roles.

• Talent Sourcing – Source and build strong technology talent pipelines using various platforms.

• Role Coverage – Recruit across Software, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Data, Cloud, DevOps, and Digital Transformation.

• Client Partnership – Partner with clients and hiring managers to understand their requirements and deliver quality candidates.

• Candidate Management – Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.

• Recruitment Operations – Handle recruitment operations and maintain accurate records.

• Market Research – Conduct talent-market research to stay ahead of industry trends.

REQUIREMENTS

Essential (Must-Have):

• 2–3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in agency recruitment, executive search, consultancy, or talent acquisition.

• Proven experience recruiting for IT and technology roles.

• Strong understanding of technical skills, job titles, and industry trends.

• Excellent sourcing skills, particularly using LinkedIn and digital recruitment platforms.

• Strong communication, research, networking, and relationship-building skills.

Desirable (Added Advantage):

• Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, HR, Business IT, or a related field.

• Experience recruiting for niche or senior technology roles.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
