Kesho Alliance is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support daily administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in tasks. If you have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Handle data entry tasks with precision and accuracy.
- Manage and organize files, records, and documents for easy access and retrieval.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure timely restocking.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders professionally.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Proficient in computer applications, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proven experience in data entry and general administrative tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in work.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
