Description
- The Front Desk Trainee will assist in managing front office operations, including welcoming guests, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support. This role is ideal for individuals seeking to gain hands-on experience in customer service and office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional, courteous manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them appropriately
- Handle general inquiries and provide accurate information
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings
- Support administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper check-in/check-out protocols
- Provide support during events, meetings, or official gatherings
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications
