Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Officer to join their team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the business, with a focus on optimizing processes, managing resources, and supporting organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the real estate sector and a strong understanding of operational best practices.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless business processes and compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with various departments to enhance workflow efficiency and drive operational excellence.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, resources, and timelines for operational projects.
  • Support human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee performance management.
  • Maintain and ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and operational standards.
  • Analyze operational data and generate reports to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Liaise with property managers, tenants, and external stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain strong relationships.
  • Manage vendor and supplier relationships, including contract negotiations and performance evaluations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks within operational processes to safeguard the company’s interests.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the real estate sector, with a solid understanding of industry operations and practices.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in operational management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to identify areas for improvement.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
